As recent 1st time home buyers and new to kitchen remodels, Sean helped walk us through every step of the process with a level professionalism and transparency that made the stress of a remodel so much easier to deal with. The design process can sometimes be overwhelming and complicated, but Sean was able to make recommendations based on our budget which helped with narrowing down our search when picking out the cabinets, countertops and backsplash. The Scofield Homes team did a great job on communicating with us on current project progress, upcoming deadlines, subcontractor coordination, and budget. We did a complete house remodel with Sean in 2018/2019 and just finished a smaller bar project that we decided to do after living in the house for a few years. I could not be more pleased with Sean and Scofield Homes. Sean is professional, clean, transparent, helpful, etc. He managed the project as if it was his own home. As in any construction project, there were issues, but Sean solved everything and advocated on our behalf. It was by far the best experience that I have ever had working with a contractor, bar none. Sean is actually stuck with us a bit longer, because now he is doing a complete remodel on my mom's rental home. We know that we are in good hands. We recently worked with Scofield Homes on a full renovation of our new home and can’t recommend them enough. We are first time homeowners and were a little overwhelmed by the prospect of remodeling, but Sean saw our vision from the very beginning and brought it to life with professionalism and care.  He was patient with all of our questions, extremely helpful in selecting materials and making decisions and generally in our corner every step of the way.  Sean and Melissa prepared a detailed schedule so we always knew what was happening at the house and provided pictures most days so we could see the progress.  We added to our remodel a couple of times during the course of the project and they made doing so easy.  The end result is better than we imagined and came in under the anticipated cost.  We look forward to working with Sean and Melissa for any future real estate needs and would recommend them 100% to anyone else.
