I met Sean through previous neighboring activities over a 5 year period and was always so impressed with his positive forthright nature to patiently listen communicate and take action on any needed subject. With that as the background, we sought him out to build our latest and now final home. It was easy to see that these talented and highly experienced folks have a true care and commitment to working with him, and this results in a rare stability, timely implementation and follow up that we had not experienced in 3 other home construction efforts.

Sean consistently demonstrated a positive, responsive and highly professional attentiveness and communication each and every day of our project. He was hands on and visible literally every day….and when something did need modification, he quickly and perfectly saw that it was handled. I’d have never worked with anyone who more reliably and quickly answered their phone or called back within minutes. This was a hugely impressive aspect for my wife and I, and so important during the hundreds of decisions or issues that go on during a build.

Sean’s initial planning budget was spot on and only changed slightly due to tariff related economic issues, or personalized changes we made that were unexpected. The quality we got for the dollar invested was unquestionably the best we ever experienced. No detail was ever overlooked and even after moving in, he was there for any fine tuning things we might have run across, and always with a smile and confident positive approach.

The entire relationship and experience was like nothing we had seen in previous builds and renewed our grateful outlook that construction can be a truly well managed, high quality, smoothly run and rewarding experience.

We just finished up a major year long remodel with Scofield homes and we are so happy with our experience! Sean and his team were great to work with every step of the way. We had a pretty tricky design and Sean was onsite everyday problem solving and making sure things were done correctly. In the past we had contractors that wouldn’t show up for weeks- we never had that problem with Sean. He had crews there consistently for a whole year and sent daily emails. The communication was honestly top notch and we were never left in the dark. We actually feel like he became part of our family and we missed having him around when the house was finished. Our dogs missed him too! We love our new house and we will use Scofield Homes again if we have any future projects.
