I met Sean through previous neighboring activities over a 5 year period and was always so impressed with his positive forthright nature to patiently listen communicate and take action on any needed subject. With that as the background, we sought him out to build our latest and now final home. Sean consistently demonstrated a positive, responsive and highly professional attentiveness and communication each and every day of our project. He was hands on and visible literally every day….and when something did need modification, he quickly and perfectly saw that it was handled. I’d have never worked with anyone who more reliably and quickly answered their phone or called back within minutes. This was a hugely impressive aspect for my wife and I, and so important during the hundreds of decisions or issues that go on during a build.

Sean’s initial planning budget was spot on and only changed slightly due to tariff related economic issues, or personalized changes we made that were unexpected. The quality we got for the dollar invested was unquestionably the best we ever experienced. No detail was ever overlooked and even after moving in, he was there for any fine tuning things we might have run across, and always with a smile and confident positive approach.

The entire relationship and experience was like nothing we had seen in previous builds and renewed our grateful outlook that construction can be a truly well managed, high quality, smoothly run and rewarding experience.
