I have nothing but the highest praise for Sean and Melissa! Sean has completed 3 major projects for me over the past couple of years! First was an attached Granny Flat with all the amenities to my son's home while doing a full home renovation for them. A new rebuild from the ground up of a two bedroom bungalow plus a facelift of a 3 bedroom 2 bath rental house! Each project's outcome went beyond my expectations! As a senior I had the utmost confidence in Sean! A hands-on person always available if I had any questions. Plus, he kept me apprised of the progress including photos! In this day and age to find someone you trust and have faith in is exceptional.

Scofield Homes recently completed our kitchen and bathroom reno and did an amazing job! From the clear communication throughout the process, the collaboration with our designer, the execution on the work itself and the professionalism of the people on the project, we really appreciated working with Sean Scofield and the team to get to a fantastic end goal....Their communication is stellar, always responsive and fully transparent from start to finish. Our kitchen and bathroom remodels were very custom and full of surprises and their entire team handled everything wonderfully. We always knew where we were at with their frequent status updates which meant there was very little stress!....They definitely took pride in both their work and their customer service.

They have a team of superb contractors and delivered on time in a challenging environment amidst the pandemic. Sean and his team care about their clients and the quality of their work, and it shows every step of the way. Scofield Homes has beyond delivered and we recommend them without any hesitation.

Scofield Homes is possibly one of the best companies I have ever worked with.  I hesitate to say that, not because it isn't true, but because I fear that if the word gets out they might not be available when I want to work with them in the future. That would be selfish, however, so I am going to give you the scoop:  if you want to work with a construction/contracting company that does beautiful work in a timely manner (as timely as you can be with construction) these are your people....

This brings me to my next point: this company is all about communication....My questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner.  And if they didn't have answers for me, they found them. Most importantly, the work they did for us is beautiful.  I worked with Sean once before (he redid my master bathroom) and I knew I wanted to work with him again.  This time we were redoing three bathrooms simultaneously (Yikes!). I am thrilled with the results...

And get this: both times I worked with Sean et al, the construction was finished *one day early*.  That's right, they quoted me a timeline and both times they finished the day before.  How often does that happen when you're remodeling? (Never. The answer is never.)

Now you might be wondering about the cost.  Here is my two cents on that: for what they do, Scofield Homes is a fantastic value.  Are they the least expensive contractors you're going to interview? Nope. But that's because they are professionals: doing quality work, working with quality craftsmen/tradesmen, and using quality materials.  I'm not saying that they are crazy expensive; we had a smaller budget for these bathrooms than we did for our master and Sean totally worked with us (even reining me in when I got a little tile-happy). But I am saying that you get what you pay for: if you want true professionals who will do gorgeous work in a clean and timely manner, you probably won't get that for bargain basement prices.
