First was an attached Granny Flat with all the amenities to my son's home while doing a full home renovation for them. A new rebuild from the ground up of a two bedroom bungalow plus a facelift of a 3 bedroom 2 bath rental house! Each project's outcome went beyond my expectations! As a senior I had the utmost confidence in Sean! A hands-on person always available if I had any questions. Plus, he kept me apprised of the progress including photos!
