Sean Scofield, principal, professionally managed and supervised our project, including his qualified team of subcontractors. He brought value engineering, quality workmanship, responsiveness, and a sense of perspective and humor to the job. He minimized noise, dust and disruption. Scofield pricing was competitive and scheduling was reliable. Highly recommend.

First off let me start by saying this experience has been incredible thanks to Sean and Melissa. They are completely redefining all contractor stereotypes. Before we started this major project everyone warned us about going past timelines and budgets with their contractors. But our experience has been nothing but smooth. They finished a month early, and any major budget change was discussed prior to moving forward with complete transparency. The crew was clean, on time and communicative.
